Verified student but it shows not eligible for discount

I am verified as a student but it says you are not eligible to get the student plan.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

Based on what you're describing it's possible that you verified your student discount with SheerID, but never activated the discounted subscription itself. If you've already been verified by SheerID, you should have received an email with a link for activation. You can click on it to activate the offer.
 

Tip: The link from SheerID is valid for 7 days. 
 

We'd recommend that you check all your email addresses, spam folders included and see if the email with the activation link is to be found there.

If you still can't find it or if the link is no longer active, we recommend reaching out to SheerID here. Their customer support team will happily help out with the whole verification process, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to their systems.

I got verified as a student but already got charged for the premium plan this month at $10.99. In order to complete the student plan I need to pay $5.99 which would be paying twice for the same month.

Read the reply, but my problems is, SheerID has approved that im a student, but when i try to complete the payment, spotify website said im not eligible, so how am i gonna subscribe it
