Tenía una cuenta random y pasé verificarla para obtener la cuenta premium pero esa no es mi cuenta actual y no recuerdo cuál es la contraseña o usuario

If you cannot find the account where the discount was activated, we'd recommend logging out from your current account and try using different credentials as mentioned in this article. You can also try to find the login details of that account with the processes mentioned here.

In case you still cannot find the account or need help transferring the discount to a different account, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the accounts and help you further.
