My Question or Issue

 When I put in my name and my college it says there was an error? I know for sure I go to this college because I have been for a year now and I have never had this issue. I just don't want to be charged 9.99 and lose Hulu and Showtime 😞 someone help please.

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
