help! double payment

I have been withdrawn twice from my account for student enrollment. why?

 

* 1st payment = 26/03/2018 : application for student membership

* 2st payment = 29/03/2018 : after the confirmation mail arrives.

Hey @gogounsel, welcome to the Community!

 

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. 

 

Only one payment should go through. The other should fail and the funds should get back to you within a few business days.
