impossible to start premium student

Hi everyone,

So last december, I tried to subscribe to spotify premium for students. I selected my university, uploaded all the necessary documents proving i'm a student, entered my credit card details and got a message saying that my documents were going to be verified before premium starts. I have never been debited any money since, but I still don't have premium and it's been over two months. I tried to do the subscription procedure again and to re-upload my documents but before I could do so the website said that I had already benefited from Student Premium, even though I have not... I checked, as said in the Spotify Help section, everything to verify I don't already have a premium account so no, I am certain I do not. 

Can anyone help me please ? I am not being debited any money but I still can't get Spotify Premium...

Oh okay it's me again, sorry about that, by going through the other help topics I just found the answers from someone who had a similar problem, I now have premium everything's fine ! I had just forgotten to complete the last step with Sheer ID, it's now done.
