paid succesfully but still free account

paid succesfully but still free account

hi, i've tried to make use of student discount. after i've been entered my card information the payment dropped off from my account. and the following day i've received an email that says spotify has verified my sheerid. and then to use premium, spotfy wants me to pay again. and I still have free account.

Are you able to see the status of your charge? If the payment shows as pending, it means it didn't go through and the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
