problema con Spotify Students

Buongiorno,
sono una studentessa universitaria e volevo usufruire dello sconto per studenti di Spotify. Ho inserito i miei dati e Spotify ha verificato che posso usufruire dello sconto ma una volta inserito il metodo di pagamento mi dice: "It looks like you’ve taken a trial before, which means you aren’t eligible for this offer. But you can still get Spotify Premium."
E' possibile che sia perchè ho gia provato il mese gratuito di Spotify in passato? Posso comunque usufruire dello sconto studenti pagando da subito 4,99€/mese?

Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.

Please keep in mind that if you've had a Premium subscription or trial on your account in the past using that payment method, you won't be eligible for our Back to School offer.

However, you should still be able to upgrade at the discounted rate. We'd suggest trying the following in an incognito or private window in your browser:

1. Log in your account
2. Go to https://www.spotify.com/student/
   
3. Go through the normal purchase flow
