spotify take money from my card but my account is still free

I tried to upgrade to student version. when payment process it said "money have not taken from card" it was in student confirmation page. and there is a error. I tried to go back. Then realized my account is free but i paid the subscription fee. I can't see any costumer service contact form. where can get support?

Sounds like the payment didn't go through. In this case, the payment should show as pending on your statement, and it'll go back to your account soon.

If you contact your bank and you're sure the payment was fully processed, it'd be best to contact our Support team via Facebook or Twitter. They'll be able to take a closer look backstage.

I've just checked my statement and Spotify been taking money from my account for months now. So I decided to install the app again and check. And the funny thing is account is on free.

So how on earth have they been taking my money for a free account which I haven't used for almost a year now?! This is daylight robbery..and there's no such thing as a customer service helpline.

The reply I got... Was " CONGRATULATIONS you was reached a new rank " 

Nothing was answered about my question and why I have been payed.

If you have unauthorized payments for Spotify, it's bes to contact the right folks via email.

To do so, just head to the contact form. They'll get back to you via email as soon as possible
