Hi i just payed for a student account, they took the money but my status didn't change.what should i do?

Hey @mgz89juw_-7an Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

An email was sent to you with the receipt of the purchase. If you haven't gotten the receipt then the charge is still pending between your Bank and Spotify. Once you have gotten your receipt and it still says that you have free spotify then log off and relog back into your account. This will help resync the information so then you can have premium.
