I got overcharged 9.99

I got overcharged 9.99

I get charged $4.99 a month because of my student plan. A few days ago, I got charged $9.99, which is really **bleep** convenient because I got charged an overdraft fee. Had I been charged the regular $4.99, I wouldn't owe an additional $34 with Chase bank. Get back to me soon, fix this, otherwise I'm cancelling my service and spreading the word that you engage in nefarious billing practices. Thanks!

We'd firstly recommend checking the steps here:
https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/payment_help/why-am-i-being-charged/ under 'Sign up but the charges don’t seem right?' > 'I’ve been charged double (or more) in the same month'. 

It's possible you have another account if you're seeing a second charge shortly after.

I have two email addresses:

I'm only registered under *snip*. I double-checked using the password reset form. I've been double charged every month since January. I'll have to cancel my debit card. Is there any way I can check which other account my debit card is being charged to? 

You're not here to help. F.U.C.K you. Spotify maliciously creates a 2nd account when you log in with Facebook. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. I'd love to get my money back. I doubt that'll fuc king happen since the "customer service" is online (nobody to call).
