student discount

I want to get a premium account for students. When i fill the form, spotify took the pay from me but didn’t give me the premium. I verified my student certificate and get an e-mail to use student discount but when i click i get an error. It says: this page is not available anymore.
If you help me i’ll be very happy.

Hello @huveyhi and welcome to the community! 

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. 

The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.

The verification process takes a while, so please wait a few days.
