student premium

student premium

I signed up for student premium. My spotify account email is different than my college email. It says that it was active but it doesn't show on my account. Can someone help please? thanks

Pawsitively delighted to see you Jess!

First, make sure that you have signed up for the student premium using the same email address that is associated with your college or university. If you have used a different email address, you may need to cancel your current subscription and sign up again using the correct email address.

If you have used the correct email address, try logging out of your Spotify account and logging back in. This can sometimes trigger the account to refresh and show the student premium status.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Spotify customer support for assistance. They should be able to help you resolve the issue and get your student premium subscription active on your account. You can reach out to them by selecting "Support" at the bottom of the page.
