subscription ended early

paid on august 23 and now my account seems to be back to free on september 14, why did my plan ended two weeks early

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

This might happen if you've had one or more failed payments or chargebacks from your bank or payment provider in the past. In these cases, the last successful payment is partly used to cover the time you enjoyed Spotify Premium without actually paying.
