In this case, we'd suggest you try the following:

• Use a different device to try to apply for the discount from here.
• Try using an incognito window or a different browser.
• Using a different network can also help. If you're using Wi-Fi, try using mobile data or connecting to a different network, preferably a private one.

My Question 

I stucked on choose your plan page where it asking to select one of the plan . Subscription or One time pay but i m not able to select and proceed. Bcz there is nothing that type of button which by clicking i proceed. Please help to buy student premium i am verified student

I am trying to switch to a student from an individual, but it is not letting me. I saw in a previous post you should cancel your current plan before subscribing to a new one. I did. However, whenever I click the student plan option button, the page redirects me back to the account home page. I have already received the email from SheerID. I have used every single link I could find that should have sent me to the student plan, but nothing is working! Please help because this is stressing me out!
