unable to use my student discount

I had a student premium account and I was based in the Czech Republic. I was required to cancell my subscription because of the change of country and payment method. However,  when trying to use my student account again, (This discount is valid until:  14.02.19) the page was no longer active. I tried opening it several times from different devices and everytime there was an  404 error message saying that the page no longer existed. I decided to renew my standard premium account, thinking that I might be charged the student rate but instead I was charged the full price. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

I am having a similar problem. Went free for a while and then tried to start using my student discount, which is still valid, but charged me full price and cannot seem to fix it.
