API feature request: Replace Saved Tracks

My Question or Issue

Would like to be able to replace Saved Tracks. It would work exactly like the `URIs` parameter on web-api/reference/reorder-or-replace-playlists-tracks .

Many times a track may get replaced with another version for some reason. i.e. the track that you had saved years ago is no longer the version that is the Top Track for an artist, and you want to replace it with that version without changing the order of your Saved Tracks.
