Danke

Hi @Wombat1108,

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome! I hope you don’t mind me replying in English.

Spotify users keep their same accounts (with all of their playlists, saved music, and settings), no matter which plan they switch to or from—so if you change your plan from Premium Duo to Premium Family, both you and the other member of the existing Premium Duo plan will keep your same Spotify accounts and playlists after the plan change. Feel free to read more about switching between different subscription plans on Spotify in this support article.

Note that when you upgrade to Premium Family, the Spotify account of the other member from the old Premium Duo plan will revert to the free plan at your next payment date (which you can view on your account page). You can then invite them, as well as up to 4 other members of your residence, to the new Premium Family plan by following these steps.

Also bear in mind that to accept the invites to your Premium Family plan, the other members must live at the same address as you (the plan manager), and that members can only switch between different Premium Family or Premium Duo plans once a year.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and have a good day!
