Abo not working

Abo not working

Hello. Since I've had an issue with the payment, which is now solved, Spotify won't let me choose my one account Abo and instead wants me to get the duo version. Im the only one using the account, so why would I do that? Can someone help find a solution please? I just want my normal one person Abo back.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!
 

We get that you were having some issues with your payment method. If everything with your recurring payment method is ok, then you shouldn't worry as the system retries to take the payment several times before reverting your account to free. If this revert hasn't occured and you still have Premium features, then all should be ok. 

 

Make sure you're not accidentally trying to upgrade your subscription instead of updating the payment info at the moment. You can always check your current account status and update your payment info following the steps here. Changes are done through your account overview page and take effect on your next billing date.
