My Issue

 I used my facebook to register for Spotify and forgot about it. And now I registered a new Spotify account using the same email for facebook and succeeded. After that I upgraded my new Spotify to Premium.
The transaction was made and my bank account was charged, but my Spotify account still hasn’t been upgraded. I have tried Log out and log in my account for several times and it loggin in my old Spotify (the one has not been upgraded). And now I cannot log in my new Spotify account anymore.
For your information: when I use the facebook email to create Spotify, it did not notice me that the email I used existed.
How can I fix it? Thanks for any help!
