My Question or Issue

Hi Spotify keeps on charging my mobile plan on Globe for a year now! Globe confirmed that there are no active subscriptions to Spotify associated with my account/mobile number. The advise was, Spotify is directly charging my mobile plan of 129 per month! I am not using Spotify and have unsubscribed to all accounts possible. But Spotify continues to charge my Globe plan a 129 per month without me using any Spotify at all! Please help!!! My globe bills are piling up and is being cut because I refuse to pay the extra 129 per month charge of Spotify since I could not remember charging any spotify account to my mobile plan! It just started charging 129 for spotify one day and continues up to date! Please cancel all subscriptions associated with my Globe mobile plan as I do not associate any spotify account to it, so as to stop the 129 charges to my mobile plan.

If your account page shows you are on Free, we'd recommend taking the steps here to make sure you don't have another account that is on Premium.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest following the steps in the "Didn't subscribe or don't have an account?" section here. This way, our support team can take a closer look behind the scenes for you.
