Hello my account seems to have gone back to being Free and not the premium service. Please help!

Hope you're doing great! 

 

In this case, could you try logging out/in to see if that makes a difference?

If that doesn't help, could you try using another browser to see if that makes a difference?

 

If that doesn't help, I'd recommend checking out this support article for more info and for the next steps to take.
