My Question or Issue

 It says im verified for student discount until 2019 but it doesn't show that my subscription changed at all. How would I know if I got the student discount?

Hey @ShaneMcSpooky, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

Do you remember getting a confirmation email when you subscribed to Premium for Students? Also, could you try using a Premium feature (offline mode, skips, etc) to see if they work.

 

If those work, and your subscription is free, it's possible that you may have a second account. In that case, I would recommend checking out this guide on finding the correct account to view your subscription.

 

If there are any error messasges, please do send a screenshot of those - and I'll be more than happy to take a look (Be sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
