The app and website have paused my subscription saying my payment did not go through. However, I am still being billed $12.99 through Apple. If I update my payment info (which will be the same card), will I be charged again?

You shouldn't be double-charged. If you notice anything strange with your payments though, we suggest you reach out to iTunes since you're paying through them.

hello,

I've created my subscription under my mum's card as I did not hold one yet by the time I've signed up. 

Forgot to then change it.. my mum did not know what she was paying for and has stopped the payment. My account has been blocked and I've never used it ever since.

 

Can you please advise on how to unlock it and change the bank details?
