Account says free but still being charged

Account says free but still being charged

Hi, I am still being charged in spite of account being listed as free. 

I have tried the options listed in the help such as checking under my other email ac which says that email is not registered (that's correct) and also by logging in thru FB which says ac is free. 

Am not sure what else to do?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
