Ampliar cuenta DUO a cuenta familiar

Necesito ampliar mi recién adquirida cuenta DUO a una cuenta familiar pero no sé qué debo hacer para que no me cobren por las dos cuentas, pues eso le pasó a un conocido.

In order to switch plans, i would recommend canceling your subscription following the steps provided here.

Then, wait for the current billing month to be over and confirm that the account was reverted back to a "Free" subscription. 

You can check your account status over on your account overview page here at all times.

After the process is done and you've waited the time needed, you can resubscribe to the Premium Family following the steps provided here.
