Audiobook out of hours but NOT out of hours.

My Question or Issue

Mobile Audiobook this morning said I am out of hours but when I check my account it says mtd is 0 h and 15 hrs remaining. Iphone 6s, Premium Plan, iOS 15.8.3. This has also happened previously. Why is it asking to top up??

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

First up, we suggest that you log out and then log back in to your account twice in a row on your device. This will trigger a sync between your account and device.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
