My Question or Issue

Hi I've subscribed to a basic family plan so that my partner and children can listen to music without being interrupted by adds.

It is not working for my partner. Playlist is interrupted by adds.

Can you advise how to avail to feature?

I don't see the point of paying extra if they still have adds.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

They shouldn't be seeing or hearing any ads if they're part of your plan. I recommend asking them to open the Spotify mobile app and go into Settings > Account. Does it show Free or Basic/Premium there?


Additionally, they can also log in at https://spotify.com/account to check their plan status.
