Been charged, but did not get any invoice or the premium features at all.

I have been charged for $9.99.

I do not even have the app on my phone anymore.

I have not used it for more than a month.

I have not received any invoice from Spotify.

I have not received any email that I would be charged.

AND it says I am on Spotify FREE on my account.

What do I do to get my money back?

I'm sorry to hear that you’ve been charged unexpectedly. Nobody likes surprises on their bank statements. I'd recommend taking a look at the Why have I been charged? support article.
