Billed twice a month for who knows how long

Billed twice a month for who knows how long

Hello,

I’ve been looking at my bank statements and just recently discovered that I’ve been getting billed for premium from both the Apple store and Spotify. Apple always sends me an email, but I don’t ever get emails from Spotify.

I only have one subscription in the Apple store, which is Spotify, and it says $12.99/month which lines up in my statement that says $13.52 charged 04 May. Now my statement also says I got charged from Spotify $10.63 01 May. 

 

 

Is there a way I can get refunded for all the time I’ve been getting double billed?
