Can't cancel Premium trial which ends tomorrow. Trying to avoid being charged

My Question or Issue

I've been trying to cancel my premium subscription for the past hour and i keep getting an "oops, something went wrong. try again" when it gets directed to the next page after selecting "cancel premium". It happens on safari and on chrome. I've cleared the cache and tried on my phone too, off wifi. I am not a tech person at all, so i have no idea what i'm doing wrong as canceling things like this is not usually this difficult. 

help! i don't want to be charged for the subscription tomorrow.

First, if possible, check to see if this happens when you cancel on a different device. If that doesn't help, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
