Can't change to my wife's family subscription

My wife swithed to familiar suscription and sent me an email with a link to join. First it asked me to write her Zip Code, but I made a mistake and couldn't fix it, and now I'm not able to join.

Then she sent me a new request but now I'm not able due I belong to this or other familiar account.

What do I have to do?
