Can’t find the account with premium subscription

Hello, I have been wanting to cancel an account with an active subscription to premium but is not being used. My credit card is being charged monthly but I am not using this account since I have another premium account being charged to a different card. How will I know which account this is? As i am being charged for something I am not using. Hope you can help. Thanks!

Hi @dominiquelim and welcome to the community !

Don't panic 🙂 If you can't acces your account and you can't cancel it you just need to contact Spotify Consumer Support filling  this anonymous contact form. You will need to answer some questions to confirm your identity.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
