My Question or Issue

I had received an email from Spotify for rejoining a premium subscription with a plan of 3months subscription for 199/- BDT.

So i wanted to purchase that plan with my Debit card.

After putting my card details it appears a error pop-up "There is a problem for making a payment. Try again After few hours"

Note that my Debit card is working fine and I'm making other transaction's without any problem. And i have sufficient balance in my card for purchase this plan.

Even previously earlier day's i used my this card before for another Spotify account which worked fine.

That's why I'm in need for a help to solve this issue.

Hey @d14q8icize8w79luu6fp,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If you've used the payment method for another account, you won't be able to activate this offer again as this offer is once per user.

Hope this clears things a bit.

Cheers!

So It means i can use one card for only

one subscription plan?

I haven't used my card on this account before.

I used my card for another account for other monthly subscription plan, not this offer.

Hi @d14q8icize8w79luu6fp,

Thanks for the reply. Being eligible to the offer depends on not having used Premium for a while, on this or other accounts. Likewise, to use a trial subscription, you mustn't have used Premium under any form on any account.

Hope this clears things up.
