Can't re-subscribe as country location (France) isn't where my Spotify account was set up

Can't re-subscribe as country location (France) isn't where my Spotify account was set up

I'm trying to get a family subscription but can't complete the transaction as my Spotify account was set up in the UK but I now live in France. I've tried using the incognito tab on my browser - this doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

Hey @PeterPierre,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You'll first need to update your account's country setting to France by following these steps.

 

Once that's done, you should be able to subscribe to Premium Family here using a payment method that's been issued in France.
