My Question or Issue

I've been trying to get the three months of free Spotify premium since yesterday. However, whenever I try to pay, it says it's invalid. I've tried paying with my Debit card and with PayPal. I've installed and uninstalled the app at least 4 times. I've tried doing it through an incognito tab, and through my computer. I've tried to do it with a different account, but it also fails.

I know nothing is wrong with my card/PayPal, as I've made a different purchase this morning and there was no issue. I've verified that my account is registered on the same country as the one I'm purchasing the Premium from. I have not had a free trial of Spotify Premium before.

I don't know what else to do.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure that your payment method meets all the requirements listed here. You can also reach out to your bank/payment provider to check if everything is in order.

 

After many failed attempts, it's usually best to wait a few hours before trying again. Just so that not too many requests get sent at once.

hello, I am having a similar problem. I’ve been trying to get this free premium for over a month now the thing is don’t have PayPal or a debit I do not have any of those, and since it’s free, I was wondering why we use this, will this even work for me if I don’t have that?

I'm also having the same issue with this 3 months premium for over two weeks, I'm receiving the code of easypasia but it says your pin code is invalid, i have tried 5 to 6 times but still it doesn't works.

First @31eeaxjf6gity2j4nome, it is necessary to have a recurring payment method, such as a debit/credit card, or PayPal in order to subscribe to our Premium trials. But no worries, you can still enjoy Premium through gift cards, if they're available in your country/region. To check, go to this link and check if you see the info.

 

@Farjadz, in this case, we recommend trying again from an incognito/private tab, or from a different device. If you get the same message, it's best to contact Boku Support. They're in charge of checking these types of errors when using that specific payment method. Or you can also try using a different payment method.
