My Question or Issue

Cancelling a Duo subscription as the account holder, but when this is automatically converted to the Free account, will Playlists and Liked Songs be kept? 
It is my partners account who has passed away and I am terrified of losing his playlists and Liked songs.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

As stated in this support article, you keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads. 🙂 So there's nothing to worry about.
