Cannot enter payment details

Cannot enter payment details

Hi

I am trying to upgrade to premium but  card fields are greyed out. I have attempted on laptop and mobile phone. Could you please check and assist.

Hey there @Larry09, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Can you let me know if this happens when you try upgrading to Premium here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't work, I would recommend creating a new test account here and trying signing up for Premium there to see if the card fields are still greyed out.
