how do I exit a family plan and go solo?

Superuser Contribution Spotify premium will switch to duo online but not on mobile app.

I have spotify premium and recently switched to a free 2 month spotify duo plan. I am now over the payment deadline for normal premium and the website says my plan is duo but the mobile app won't.
