i cannot get my pin to pay subscription, it's been a day with nomerous trial. no message no email

Thanks for the screenshot. 
If you're needing a PIN to start a Premium subscription, you would need to get in touch with the provider that is supposed to be providing you with the PIN. 

Since Spotify doesn't provide the PIN, there isn't anything they can do if you didn't receive a PIN, you would have to reach out to your payment provider.
