Card changed but no subscription

Hello,

I have recently changed my credit card in my account on the 22nd April and ask for a unique payment for the year. The payment is done for my bank but Spotify France is keeping saying that there is no payment method... And now Spotify Premium and the app are blocked and I can't play anything...

Please help before I use the European online dispute resolution website.

Hey @Mikael4, welcome to the community!

 

Just to confirm, did you purchase a 1 year subscription to be added on top of your automated subscription?

 

If that's the case and your account is not allowing you to use the service, I suggest cancelling the automated subscription. This way, the app will only take into account the year of Premium you paid for.
