Change duo account into personal prenium account

I subscribed to a duo subscription. unfortunately I never managed to connect another account. In the meantime, I broke up with my girlfriend and no longer need a duo account. I would like a personal premium account.

When I try to change the type of account on :

1. https://www.spotify.com/fr/account/subscription/change/

--> the personal premium account option is not available in the list

2. https://www.spotify.com/fr/premium/?checkout-offer=default-full-price-premium&checkout-error=true&re...

--> clicking on personal prenium account doesn't work and screen an error message "you are not eligible for this kind of subscription..."

3. at my account details : https://www.spotify.com/fr/account/duo/

it is clear that only 1 account is created and no other one has never been linked to this account

Thanks for your Idea Submission.

We've moved it to the Help Boards where it can get more attention, hope you don't mind.

To switch from Premium Duo to the Premium Individual all you need to do is:

1. Log into your account page.
2. Under Your plan, click CHANGE PLAN.
3. Choose a plan.

Your billing and account should switch to the new plan from your next payment date.

If you're still unable to do this and are getting that error message, try using an incognito browser window or another browser. If that doesn't work, try a different device.

If you're still unable to change your subscription type, you might need to Cancel your current plan, wait for your account to switch to free and then subscribe to Premium Individual.
