Change from induvidual to family

Change from induvidual to family

My family members have either an individual account or duo account . I would like to change to family account. If i invite will their membership changes automatically at the end of the month without loosing any playlist etc

Thanks for reaching out.

 

When they accept the invite to your Premium Family plan, they'll immediately be part of your plan, so they do not need to wait until the end of the month. 🙂 Those with a Premium Duo plan might have to cancel theirs first and wait until they're back on the Free plan to accept the invite. 

 

Just a heads up: Any saved music, playlists, and preferences are always tied to an account, not a subscription. It's a common mix-up, but rest assured, everything stays with the accounts.

I have joined a family plan without canceling my subscription first. Does this mean my subscription is automatically cancelled and I will not be charged?
