samsung S23 ultra

Have been using premium family gor some time now but needed to change my payment details i have since been put on individual premium and my family cant access tgeir music i have tried to change the plan over but it keeps saying im not connected i would rather not have to pay all over again if possible.

Using android version 14

Please share the exact error message you're seeing when you try to upgrade to Premium Family at https://spotify.com/family 🙂

Yes I've tried on my daughters PC HP Windows 11 it won't even let me look at other plans
