I have the Plan Duo and i want to change it to one person premium 1

I moved your post from Chat to a relevant Help board, where it fits better.

 

If you’re the plan manager for a Premium Duo plan, you can change your plan to Premium Individual by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Under Your plan, click Change Plan
  3. Select Premium Individual

Your plan will be updated immediately, and your billing schedule will change due to the price difference between the two plans. 

 

Note that at your next payment date (which you can view on your account page), the account of the other member of the old Premium Duo plan will revert to the free plan.

Is there no way to switch it to individual immediately and get my money back??? I keeps saying I'm not eligible.

In this case, I would recommend first canceling your current Premium subscription by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Under Your plan, click Change Plan
  3. Scroll to Spotify Free and click Cancel Premium

At your next billing date, your account will revert to the free plan, at which time you can start a new Individual Premium plan here

Hey. My subscription plan don't show the individual plan. Just the student plan that I can't get. Is there any way I could change that without canceling all?

Can you let me know what type of plan you’re currently subscribed to? You can check this on your account page, under Your plan

 

If you’d like to change your plan, the best way to do so is by first canceling your current Premium subscription:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Under Your plan, click Change Plan
  3. Scroll to Spotify Free and click Cancel Premium

At your next billing date, your account will then revert to the free plan, at which time you can start a new plan of your choosing here

hello, i have an ongoing indivual premium plan and I wanna change to student premium but my plan is set to end this 18  (September 18, 2024). So, in the process of changing it, it says 75/month and but then the date for the next billing is this month also, on the 18th. Does it mean I need to pay 75 pesos twice????

You’ll only be charged once on your next billing date (September 18th); and you won’t be charged right away when you change your subscription plan to Premium Student. 

 

As long as you’ve successfully activated the student discount through https://www.spotify.com/student/, you’ll be charged the discounted rate for Premium Student on your next billing date.

Hey, I have a duo account and I want to change it to a family plan, Do I have to pay when I change the plan or when it renews

If you change your plan from Premium Duo to Premium Family, you won’t be charged your new plan price until your next payment date, which you can view on your account page (under Your plan). At that time, your subscription plan will switch to Premium Family.
