Changing from family to premium individual

When on my subscription page, i see that the only option i have available is to go free, and then get a premium account. In that case would i loose all my playlists and liked songs?

No, since Playlists, saved music, etc., are bound to the account and have nothing to do with paid subscriptions, since even a Spotify Free user can use those features. 🙂
