Charged Twice in this month

Charged Twice in this month

Hi, 

I have been charged twice this month. A payment was made against my old debit card and money was debited, however my premium was not activated and it showed that payment failed and that I needed to update my payment details. Then I added my credit card details and updated my payment details and it charged again against my credit card but this time premium was activated. Please help

We're sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your payment. Don't worry - we're here to help.

 

First off, we'd suggest checking out this support page for tips and tricks how to get your subscription running. I'd also recommend trying an incognito or private window, preferably on a desktop device, when you enter your payment details again.

 

In case that doesn't work either, we suggest to get in touch with your payment provider or try a different payment method.

 

Keep in mind that if the payment didn't go through successfully after your bank or credit card company already placed a temporary authorization on the funds, the charge will expire and the funds will soon reappear on your statement again. The time this takes can vary depending on your bank/credit card company. You can read more about pending charges here.

 

We'd suggest you wait for a day or two and if it has not been returned, reach out to our support teams to check it further for you.

Hi,

I've reached out to a support agent and she confirmed that the payment
didn't go through so I'm planning to wait this out for the money to return
in my account. Thanks for the help.
