Charged more than once

Charged more than once

Hello! I have been trying to upgrade my free account to a student account. However, the system had problems in verifying my student status therefore I tried more than one time. 

Now my account is still free  which means I didn't get the upgrade ( I already tried to log out and log in again and nothing changed). However, I checked and the money was withdrawn 4 times from my bank account. Anyone has any suggestions on how to ask money back?

Hey @anto14, welcome to the community!

 

Since the student discount wasn't verified, these payments should show as pending on your bank statement. This just means that the funds were put on hold when you entered the payment details, and should go back to your bank account soon.
