Cobro doble recibo de Abril 2020 (2 monedas)

Estimados,

 

El día de 25/04 me realizaron doble cobro por mi recibo de Abril, uno en dolares y el otro en mi moneda nacional Soles. Como puedo solicitar la devolución de mi dinero. Adjunto imagen de la plataforma bancaria.

If you're experiencing unexpected charges on your account i recommend you use this help page to locate all the active accounts listed with your details.

 

You can also view any account status you find through your account overview page.

 

In addition, feel free to read all about refund eligibility here.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for getting in touch with us. Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see any extra payment there, it means that you might be paying for 2 different accounts.

 

It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us and we'd recommend following the steps above that @OneByBoo recommended to see how to locate your second account and where the extra payment might be coming from.

Do you work at Spotify? And who's that one you tagged ? I'm looking for help because the agents Service do not give anwers.

It's a good idea to head over to the receipts page of any you may find and check if the payments add up. If you find that you have more that one subscription, you can cancel by following the instructions in this Spotify Answer.
