Premium account deactivated

Hi, 

I've had a Premium account for years, without any problem. This morning it seems to have suddenly been changed to Free. Why? What can I do? I've logged in and out, checked with Facebook etc. I've always used the same email adress and this is my only account so I don't understand what happened. I checked the bills, and it says nothing about not having paid, though from my bank account it looks like I haven't paid for November. I have had no notification about this, and I can't find any option to pay the bill (IF that's what this is about). 
Any help much appreciated.

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
