My Question or Issue

 Se cerró sesión en mí teléfono (tengo plan familiar) y al volver a entrar tanto con mí email como con mí nombre de usuario, no me reconoce el plan, me dice free. Además la fecha de cumpleaños cambió, aparece otra fecha. Quisiera hablar con alguien, me marean estas páginas de ayuda que no me ayudan en nada
